The Recovery Consortium is a collaboration of four statewide consumer organizations that have performed valuable work in their states, and are now working with the National Empowerment Center to share and disseminate information and resources on recovery to a national audience. This cooperative effort is designed to offer insights on recovery gained from experience, to give technical assistance, and to work together in clarifying the principles that have made it possible to sustain their organizations through changing times. The Recovery Consortium has completed the manual, Voices of Transformation: Developing Recovery-Based Statewide Consumer/Survivor Organizations which is available in print or as a pdf download file here. To obtain printed copies of the manual or for more information on the Recovery Consortium, please call the National Empowerment Center at 800 POWER2U or email info4@power2u.org.
